At Okennada, we're dedicated to delivering your order swiftly and smoothly, ensuring your journey with us is as exceptional as the products you choose.
Order Processing & Changes:
Once your order is placed, we work quickly to process it, and therefore it may not be possible to edit or cancel it. While we cannot guarantee changes, please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Estimates:
- We collaborate with a network of trusted shipping partners to deliver your order to most locations worldwide.
- Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders! For those who desire faster delivery, expedited shipping options may be available for select products at an additional cost, which will be displayed at checkout.
- While we provide estimated delivery dates, these are estimates and not guarantees. Various factors, including carrier operations and customs clearance (for international orders), can influence the actual delivery time.
- You become the rightful owner of the products once we hand them over to the shipping carrier. From this point onward, you (or your designated recipient) are responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
- For our customers in Germany, Okennada bears full legal responsibility for any loss or damage to products until they cross the German border.
Shipping Methods & Tracking:
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders! While most orders ship via standard delivery, expedited shipping may be available for select products at an additional cost. You'll see the available options and their costs listed at checkout.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to follow its journey to you.
Accurate Shipping Information:
To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping information during checkout. This includes:
- Correct recipient name: Ensure the spelling is accurate.
- Complete and accurate delivery address: Include any apartment or suite numbers.
- Valid postal/zip code: This helps in efficient routing.
- Up-to-date phone number: This allows the carrier to contact you if needed.
- Active email address: We'll send you order updates and tracking information.
Okennada is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Double-checking these details is essential to ensure your order reaches you without any issues.
Order Holds & Cancellations:
In certain situations, such as print file issues, security concerns, address verification, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may need to place your order on hold. We will notify you promptly and provide 30 days to resolve the issue. If unresolved within this timeframe, we may cancel the order, and a refund will be issued only if work on your order has not commenced.
Lost Shipments:
If the tracking information indicates that your order was lost in transit, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or account credit in accordance with our Return Policy.
Duties and Taxes:
For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These charges are not included in your Okennada order total and are your responsibility to pay.
- Please note: Okennada is not responsible for customs delays but will provide any necessary documentation to facilitate the process.
- International shipments may experience delays at customs. Okennada cannot control these delays, and we encourage you to check local regulations if you're concerned.
Packaging & Handling Time:
- We take pride in using secure and environmentally responsible packaging to protect your order during transit.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of being placed.
Split Shipments:
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This is to ensure you receive each product as soon as it’s ready, even if another item is still being produced.
- You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, and no additional shipping costs will be charged for split deliveries.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages:
- Address change requests can be made by contacting Customer Care before your order ships. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in transit.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Reshipping may require an additional fee.
